Fm or f minor triad is a simple chord if to talk only about the theoretical side of it. There are just 3 different notes - FA-LAb-DO - so that's why it is called a triad. But to play it on the guitar is not easy at all.
It is an A-major triad with an added flat 2nd (SIb in this case). This chord is used in flamenco music and is usually the dominant of the d-minor.
