1. Basic terms
1.1. To start using the website of the Guitar School (www.kitarrikool.eu, www.kitarrikool.ee), you must accept the following user agreement and take into account all other relevant laws and regulations.
1.2. User agreement is valid for both registered and not registered users.
1.3. The owner of this website is the Guitar School LLC (OÜ Kitarrikool, reg. nr. 11345713, Estonia)
1.4. Using the web means browsing the materials and learning.
2. Copyright
2.1. All the materials in the web (texts, photos, videos, sound files, logos etc) are subjects of copyright.
2.2. Reproducing whatever materials of the web is prohibited without the agreement of the owner
2.3. This user agreement allows to learn from the web one person per registration. Using the materials for group tuition requires a different agreement.
2.4. When the owner discovers any type of misuse of the web, we´ll contact the relevant authorities to start a proper investigation.
3. Registering and personal data
3.1. Using the website for learning requires registering.
3.2. The owner of this website will not share the private information with third parties.
3.3. Registered user must keep passwords secret.
3.4. Being a registered user does not have any time limit. User can delete the account if he/she wishes so.
3.5. Registered user confirms his/her agreement with these terms with his/her registering.
4. Learning
4.1. The optimal time for completing a 8 level course is 2 months
4.2. When the student has learned the material of his/her current level and uploaded the exercises to the web, a supervisor will listen to it and give some comments. If the exercises sound good, the student may gain access to the next level.
4.3. Kitarrikool OÜ has the rights to change the content of the web and to adjust the prices.
4.4. The student will get comments about the uploaded exercises as fast as possible but not later than 48 hours.
5. Other issues
5.1. Whatever disagreements and problems will be solved according to the international copyright regulations.
