E7 or E major dominant seventh chord is a chord with major third and minor seventh as the name tells you. As this chord is the dominant of A and Am and the tonic of E blues scale, it is a very widely used chord.
It is an A-major triad with an added flat 2nd (SIb in this case). This chord is used in flamenco music and is usually the dominant of the d-minor.
Fm or f minor triad is a simple chord if to talk only about the theoretical side of it. There are just 3 different notes - FA-LAb-DO - so that's why it is called a triad. But to play it on the guitar is not easy at all.
